At the Workshop this Saturday, investigate the pollinator syndromes of these plants and more!

Workshop in the Garden Series. Saturday July 12. 8am-11am

Join Borderland’s Science Advisor Ron Pulliam, and NPS Botanist Steve Buckley, for a hands-on workshop investigating plant and pollinator interactions. We will look into the phenomenon known as pollinator syndromes, and learn how to identify floral characteristics associated with these¬†syndromes. After the hands-on workshop, the group will saunter over to the town pollinator gardens to identify pollinators in action! The finale will be a discussion about syndromes and whether or not the concept is useful for science.

Workshops are free; donations accepted.

Talks will be held at the BR retail space:
3rd Ave & McKeown in downtown Patagonia
