We are happy to share our 2025 Borderlands Nursery & Seed schedule for plant sales, workshops, and delivery events in borderlands communities.

Shop our selection of native plants and seeds in person on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 AM - noon, during plant sale events, pre-order delivery events, and by appointment.

BRN Fundraiser + Plant Sale & Delivery

Join us for a BRN fundraising event in Tucson at Slow Body Beer Co!

This family-friendly event will feature a DJ, live bands, and food trucks. We will offer native plants and seeds for sale and as an online pre-order delivery from our native plant program, Borderlands Nursery & Seed. For pick-up orders, shop online at borderlandsplants.org and write "Tucson 4/19" in the notes at checkout.

​Donations are welcome! A group of generous donors have pledged to match every dollar you give, up to $40,000, doubling your impact for wildlife conservation and habitat restoration. Right now, your support goes twice as far to restore native landscapes, protect biodiversity, and empower communities in the Borderlands region.

Come join a very special citizen science event and help us record the biodiversity of the border region!
BRN is hosting a Border BioBlitz event at BECC in Patagonia on May 3. Join us, discover, record, and share the wealth of the borderlands! All you need is a smartphone and the iNaturalist app.
In addition, we will present Sierra Club Borderlands' photo exhibit Lens on the Border, which features vibrant images of the Southwest landscape, the people, and the communities that have been impacted by walls and would be impacted by more border walls.

Seed Pelletizing Workshop

Join us for a workshop about seed-based revegetation using seed pellets. We will discuss the challenges of seed-based revegetation in arid ecosystems and the pros and cons of seeding methods used to overcome some of those challenges. Then we will get our hands dirty making seed pellets!

Native Seed Collection Workshop

Join us for a tour of the BRN Seed Lab to learn about our operations and programs, then head out to the beautiful San Rafael Valley to learn about native grasses and our ethical seed collection protocols.
Participants will help collect seeds that will be used in a local ecological restoration project to mitigate erosion and revegetate the landscape to support healthy habitats.
